Developing Middle & Long Distance Runners
At Next Run, we specialize in training for Cross Country (1K to 4K– based on age) and Track & Field (800m, 1500m, and 3000m – middle and long distance only). From the start, our athletes learn to compete with technique, endurance, and strategy.
