Spring Track
Importants Information
Each season runs for a defined period (typically 8–14 weeks), aligning with the AAU competition calendar.
In person practices are scheduled on specific days and times according to the season calendar.
All details are shared directly with registered families in advance through the official Next Run app.
At Next Run, each season is built around a structured training plan designed for the athlete’s development in both Track & Field and Cross Country.
Athletes receive their weekly training schedule through our official app, personalized according to the current season and competition goals.
We also hold one mandatory in-person practice each week, focused on running technique, drills, and form improvement.
Practice locations may vary depending on the season and training phase, but all families are notified in advance of each session.
Participation fees include access to practices, team guidance, and preparation for AAU and local competitions.
Annuity fee: $99 (included t-shirt)
Only this Season: $200 only once
Note: This fee covers this specific season only. All athletes must register and pay AAU fees separately to compete at AAU Nationals.
Note: There may be tracksuits and uniforms for national competitions that will be paid for separately.
Each Next Run season is carefully designed to prepare our athletes for AAU qualifiers, major seasonal Track and Cross Country events, and local races based on their age group and performance.
Registration for Next Run is open year-round, allowing new families to join at any time.
Parents may start or stop participation whenever they choose, offering full flexibility.
However, we highly recommend joining at the beginning of each season to follow the complete training plan and progress with the team.
An active AAU membership and a completed Next Run registration form are required to participate in practices and competitions.
